My therapeutic practice is based on holistic (whole brain, body and being) attunement and integrative (east-west) practices and philosophies. The process of participating in therapy means that we are expanding where you are at now to shape and create your desired experience. My practice targets the transformation of patterns. Like seasons, sun-rises and moon cycles we individually have crafted our own patterns. Some of our own automatic cycling comes from our natural defenses or imbalances.
